3.1. Google Analytics: Integrated to analyze user interaction patterns. IP anonymization features are active.

3.2. Leaflet / OpenStreetMap: Used on the Interactive Training Providers Map section to render map tiles. No tracking cookies are placed by tile request endpoints.

4.2. Impact of Disabling Cookies: Disabling essential first-party cookies (PHPSESSID) will prevent login authentication and block access to the User Dashboard and offer view limits.
