What a partner gets
Offers written for technicians
You send the facts and the link to your advert. We write the offer in GoUpTower's format: role, place, rotation, contract, onshore or offshore, OEM, the GWO modules required, the rate when you share it. No copy-paste of a corporate job description.
Website, app and a push notification
Each new offer goes on the Job Board on gouptower.com and in the iPhone app, where technicians who allow notifications are told about it. The board's filters (OEM, GWO, environment, contract) work on your offer from the first day.
Applications stay yours
The Apply button opens your own careers page, ATS or e-mail. You keep your process and your candidates; GoUpTower never stands between you and an applicant.
A dashboard with real numbers
Views on the website and in the app, Apply clicks, the apply rate, day by day for as long as the offer runs, compared with the period before and with the rest of the board, and when technicians look most.
Links, QR codes and graphics to share
For each offer: a tracked link, a QR code for posters and site notice boards, and ready graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook and stories. You see which of them brought visitors and who went on to apply.
Sponsorship when a role is urgent
Pin an offer to the top of the board, with a "Sponsored" label, for 7 to 30 days, from €0.37 a day. Paid by card, with an invoice made out to your company and its VAT number.
One thread for each offer you send
New offers and corrections go through the offer desk in your dashboard. You see each request's status and our questions, and the link the moment the offer is live.
A helpdesk that answers in writing
Something wrong with an offer, a sponsorship, an invoice or your access? Open a ticket in the dashboard and pick the offer by its ID. Each ticket has a number, and every answer and status change comes to you by e-mail, with a link to it.

Euro, paid by card through Stripe. A second package starts when the first one ends. The invoice is issued to the company, with its VAT number. No contract term and no subscription. Prices may change; the price shown when you pay applies, and a change never affects a package already paid for.
What we do not do
- Sell, rent or hand over technicians' CVs, profiles or contact details
- Contact your applicants or ask them for anything on your behalf
- Publish an employer's text unread, or offers we cannot check
- Bind you to a contract, a minimum spend or an automatic renewal
Questions
Can we publish our own text?
No. Every offer on the board is written in one format, which is why technicians can compare them quickly. You send the facts and your advert's link; we write it, and you can ask for changes in the offer's thread at any time.
How long does publishing take?
We work through requests every working day. If something is missing, we ask in the thread and by e-mail, and publish once it is answered.
Who receives the applications?
You do. The Apply button opens the page or address you give us. GoUpTower only counts that the button was pressed.
Can we stop a sponsorship?
A sponsorship runs for the days bought. Open a ticket in the dashboard's helpdesk if a role is filled early; refunds are set out in the Terms of Service, section on business partners.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a ticket in the helpdesk of your partner dashboard and pick the offer it concerns: every offer shows its ID there. We go through tickets every working day. The person who opened the ticket gets each answer and each change of its status by e-mail, with a link to the ticket.
Which countries?
The board serves technicians working across Europe, onshore and offshore. Offers from anywhere in Europe and the UK are welcome; others we look at case by case.
What about data protection?
You see totals only. Technicians' personal data stays with GoUpTower, and what is counted for you is described in the Privacy Policy, section 6A.
